Privacy Policy

EvoPath respects the line between accountability and surveillance.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Overview

EvoPath is designed as an offline-first accountability app. The app helps users manage daily protocols, workouts, challenges, streaks, R&R Tokens, and Accountability Mirror entries. The core experience is intended to run on your device without requiring an account or cloud sync.

Information Stored On Your Device

EvoPath may store the following information locally on your device:

Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, EvoPath may request permission to read selected health data such as step count, active energy, and sleep information. This information is used to display daily metrics and support protocol completion where relevant.

EvoPath does not require Apple Health access to function. You can grant, deny, or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If notifications are enabled, EvoPath may schedule local reminders for daily protocols and workout routines. These reminders are generated on your device through iOS notification services.

Purchases

If EvoPath offers paid features, purchases are handled through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store systems. EvoPath may use purchase status locally to unlock Pro features. Payment information is processed by Apple, not by EvoPath.

No Accounts Or Social Feed

EvoPath does not require a user account for the core app experience. The app is not designed around public profiles, likes, comments, follower lists, or social feeds.

Data Sharing

EvoPath is designed not to sell your personal data. The app’s core local data is not intended to be uploaded to an EvoPath server. If future features introduce optional sync, backup, analytics, or account functionality, this policy should be updated before those features are released.

Deleting Data

You can reset local app data from inside the app where the reset option is provided. You can also delete the app from your device to remove app data stored locally by iOS.

Children

EvoPath is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a future EvoPath service, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated as EvoPath evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when material updates are made.
